Michael Diettrich-Chastain is the Founder and CEO of Arc Integrated, a company that offers professional coaching and organizational consulting services. Michael is an expert and consultant in behavioral change and emotional intelligence. He works with business leaders and teams to develop and improve communication, staff retention, productivity, and sales. He is the author of CHANGES - The Busy Professionals Guide to Reducing Stress, Accomplishing Goals and Mastering Adaptability and is a regular contributing writer for publications like Time, Money, Livestrong, and The Washington Post.
