This week I had two amazing people reach out for advice. One asked how she should continue her workouts despite the fact that she had to battle to flu; the other how she could lose weight with two young children at home that made it really hard to meal prep and eat what she knew she needed to.
My initial gut response was - maybe now is not the right time. Yes there are many people who can train through the flu and lose weight while raising young kids but, there is nothing wrong with not choosing those things. Maybe giving yourself some grace and raising your children or resting is the best way for you in the current moment.
