Alex explores "Trauma", major disruptive life events, and "trauma", small or developmental patterns that can effect our well-being. By understanding and working with our own traumas, we can develop healthier relationships with ourselves and our experience in life. One benefit of addressing trauma can be calming the nervous system in order to heal the body more efficiently.
