It's not just about the content, it's also about the vulnerability, connecting to the humanness and more. Be 100% prepared before getting the gig. You don't have to have your entire talk spelled out. Get the gig, then get prepared. You have to be an extrovert. I'm more of an introvert and I was able to become a stellar speaker. It's okay to be you. You can practice elevating your energy. It's so hard to get a gig. There are tons of people looking for speakers. If you declare that you are a speaker and open yourself up to it, the opportunities will come.
