On this week's episode of The Troubadour Pete and Carly visit with the frontman of one of the most successful bands with the most longevity in the Texas Country and Red Dirt scene: Randy Rogers of The Randy Rogers Band.
Randy talks about the band's latest record released on Friday, April 26th, 2019: "Hellbent." The project was recorded in RCA's legendary "Studio A" in Nashville with well known producer Dave Cobb. As Randy says during this interview, listeners unfamiliar with the studio should simply Google "RCA Studio A" to find out just how many hit songs have been recorded there in the past few decades.
Randy speaks about the origin of The Randy Rogers Band in San Marcos, TX nearly 20 years ago now.
