I can't tell you the amount of times I said to myself, " I am doing every single thing right and this dang weight won't budge, nothing is working."
Through my own weight loss experience, and almost a decade of coaching I have come to understand the real meaning of "nothing works," as really a way of self sabotage, and one of the lies we tell ourselves that keep us stuck.
The real issue isn't that "nothing works," or that "I don't have time" I'm living proof of that.
The issue isn't that we don't have time, or we are too stressed and overwhelmed, or that we have a low thyroid...it goes much deeper than that.
When we start to push up against the limit of what what we believe we deserve, we take actions (either consciously or unconsciously) to bring ourselves back down to the setting we’re comfortable and familiar with.
