Paul Chatlin was a competitive athlete. In his 40's and 50's he still played tennis 3 times a week, competitive softball on the weekends , was a 6 handicap golfer and made time to lift heavy weights several times a week. But Paul's life of active sports came to a halt when his love of the typical American diet landed him in the hospital. He was about to have by-pass surgery, ... but at the last minute, he had a better option ... a change in diet.
