The story can't continue or live unless we continue to feed it. If you don't focus on it, it can't exist.
If you are having an issue with your spouse, someone in your work, a friend or one of your kids, by managing your energy and how you show up, you can directly impact how the situation unfolds.
If you do not match the dramatic energy, it can't exist. A story gets bigger every time you talk about. You get more irritated and frustrated and you don't get closer to the solution. Yes, you need to sometimes discuss what's happening with someone else to help sort it out but that is different energy than complaining about it or "telling the story". You are seeking advice to solve it, not feed it.
Problems only continue because we feed energy into them.
Where in your life right now are you feeding into the story? Listen in to find out what to do to stop feeding the story.
