A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to test coaching over virtual reality. I put on a pair of virtual reality goggles and suddenly I was in a reception. I got to sit down with Sven and conduct a coaching session. Very interesting. The man behind this product is Mathias Andreasson (not Andersson). Through virtual reality, and eventually AI, you have the opportunity to practice coaching skills over and over again. Mathias and I discuss AI, virtual reality and how his training company Fictive Reality will change the way training is conducted in the future.
