How badly do you need your friends and family to see that accident you just passed on the freeway? Bad enough that you are willing to risk the lives of first responders so you can take a picture of it with your phone while you are driving? You aren’t helping anyone and are actually endangering police and other emergency personnel when you get on your phone near an accident.
