Getting our kids to eat their vegetables!
Whether it’s broccoli, carrots, green beans, onions...chances are these end up on the floor or in the garbage more than your kid's mouth.
But veggies are essential for a healthy diet and it’s important kids know early which ones they like and which ones are the best for them.
Because just like last week’s #WellnessWednesday episode on the healthiest fruits, not all veggies are created equal.
